What an amazing service they provide. I hired my own 7.5 tonnes truck to drive everything form London to Rome myself, but need some help to get everything out of my third floor flat (no elevator) down. They came and carried everything (over 70 boxes, several sofas, heavy table, shelving unites, etc) down with such a nice fresh and happy attitude. They were really great and pretty quick and at the same time loaded everything into the van. When we arrived after almost 2,000 km everything was still at it's original place and I haven't found any broken glass - amazing.
What made a stressful day easier, was his positive attitude and willingness to help all the way through the job. A thoroughly decent and thoughtful company, and would certainly use them again.
My driver was most careful with our stuff and very helpful with putting things in the storage. I'm really pleased with the service provided. Well done!

Just writing to let you know that the guys were brilliant at the beginning of October when they took us up to Scotland. Their work rate was first class and everything was done with a smile and in a professional and friendly way. From the moment they arrived when they finished they did not complain or say something couldn't be done. The 'can-do' attitude and dedication shown was a credit to your company.

Over the last 2 years we have always found your staff to be exceptional. From taking bookings over the phone to helping us to move house, taking us to and from shows and assisting with our deliveries they have always been 100% reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Just wanted to send a quick email to say how great the guys who helped with my move on Sunday were (Darren and Tiago). So professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. They move me in a record quick time, wouldn't stop for a breather at any point and were complete power houses, carrying multiple boxes at a time. Altough their earlier job was running over - i got a call to let me know in plenty of time and have been very impressed by your service.

I booked a removal service with you on Sunday @ 9am, and just wanted to say that your driver, Nuno, was exceptional. He was early, helpful, friendly, polite and incredibly hard working. 4 flights of stairs with no complaint and he didn't even stop once. If only more people in the world were like him. BRILLIANT.
